Job Requisition ID #25WD89122Position Overview We’re seeking a Senior UX Designer to help shape the future of manufacturing through Autodesk Fusion, our industry-leading design and make platform. In this role, you will apply strategic thinking, User-centered design, and systems-level insight to create solutions that support a broad range of users and real-world design challenges.You’ll work cross-functionally with global teams to deliver thoughtful, data-informed, and responsible AI-powered experiences that enhance the way products are imagined, designed, and built.Responsibilities Apply inclusive, human-centered design practices to generate deep user insights translate research and strategy into effective, accessible, and scalable designsolutionsDesign and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UIs using Figma Plan and conduct user research and usability testing independentlyUse systems-level thinking to address complex, multi-layered design challenges, clearly communicate design intent through storytelling, visuals, and structuredpresentationsCollaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers using tools such as Jira and ConfluenceSupport and mentor peers; contribute to evolving design practices and cultureLeverage qualitative and quantitative data to guide design decisions and trackimpactFacilitate inclusive workshops and co-creation sessions to foster alignment and ideationMonitor and improve design outcomes tied to user and business success metricsMinimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience in UX, interaction, or product designProven experience designing user-centered digital products or platformsProficiency in Figma and contemporary design toolsStrong research and synthesis skills grounded in empathy and critical thinkingClear and confident communication, facilitation, and presentation abilitiesExperience working both independently and collaboratively in hybrid or distributed environmentsDemonstrated project leadership and peer support or mentorshipBachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practicalexperiencePreferred Qualifications Familiarity with AI/ML-powered product experiencesUnderstanding of manufacturing workflows or design-to-make processesExperience with CAD, 3D visualization, or technical softwareComfortable with ambiguity and evolving requirements in large-scale environments#LI-Hybrid#LI-SB4 Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
