If you are driven to build, innovate, and translate data into tangible business impact, this is your platform. How You'll Make an Impact: Architect the Vision & Strategy: Design and execute a multi-year people analytics roadmap, defining the key questions we need to answer to drive business success. This includes establishing the official KPIs and metrics for the entire People & Culture function and creating a center of excellence known for its proactive, insightful contributions. Be a Strategic Influencer & Storyteller: Translate data into influence. Acting as a core advisor to senior leadership, you will deliver compelling, data driven narratives and quarterly business reviews on topics like talent acquisition effectiveness, employee engagement drivers, DEI progress, and retention forecasts.
