Clarivate is home to Cortellis™, solutions for real world data, medtech, market access and commercialization and deep consulting expertise.Reporting to the Director of Life Science Latin America, we are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant for our Sao Paulo office.This position will be supporting teams on office administration issues, mobile and technology support, client contact on collections, travel, and platform usage. A native Portuguese speaker is essential, along with a very good level of English, and fluency in Spanish is a plus. We are looking for a dynamic team player with a professional level of client contact.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsDegree in business or similar from a universityMinimum 2 years of experience demonstrating organizational, communication and administration skillsMinimum 2 years of experience with MS Office​​ What will you be doing in this role?Maintains organized schedules and ensures timely coordination of meetings, calls, and events to optimize team efficiency. Plans and identifies solutions to support project timelines, helping team members stay on track with their deliverables. Supports data management by checking and updating records to ensure accuracy and availability of information. Processes administrative requests with attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are handled promptly and efficiently. Assists in coordinating travel arrangements, managing itineraries, and aligning accommodations with team requirements. Learns and adapts to new tools and technologies that improve administrative processes and support organizational goals. Follows up on pending tasks, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring continuous progress on team objectives. Hours of Work:This is a full-time position primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed. The role also offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring you to be in the office 3 days a week.At Clarivate, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all  qualified persons with respect to hiring, compensation, promotion, training, and other terms, conditions, and privileges of employment.
