We’re looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our Systems and Integrations Product team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about both product discovery and agile software delivery, who wants to make a meaningful impact on how we integrate and scale our renewals platform.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments 2+ years’ of experience working in a product role (APM or Product Owner), ideally within a SaaS or technology-led environment.Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalent product management platforms.Excellent written and spoken English, a strong communicatorCurious and analytical – driven to understand why users behave the way they do, and what makes a product truly useful.Comfortable with ambiguity and a natural collaborator – you enjoy uncovering problems, testing ideas, and helping bring structure to complex systemsIt would be great if you also had . . . Education (bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related degree.Technically literate –you’re confident working with APIs, data flows, technical teams and are also improving your AI Fluency.Experience working with Intellectual Property (IP); i.e. patents and/or trademarks a bonus.What will you be doing in this role?Partner with the Product Managers to maintain and prioritize roadmaps across one or more products whilst managing development priorities and driving the delivery of the product backlog.Partner with Tech Team Leads to own and drive agile ceremonies ensuring you manage and maintain development board and ensure alignment on sprint goals and expected outcomes.Own release management activities including planning releases, coordinating internal tech team resources and socializing release communications to internal and external stakeholders.Support and own Product Discovery initiatives through problem identification, ideation, customer engagement to develop a deep understanding of customer pain points to inform and prioritize delivery decision making.Proactively leverage quantitative and qualitative data to analyze trends and Customer problems and be proactive in initiating opportunities for improvements.Developing your product sense by understanding and researching our users, customers, marketplace, and competitors to enhance our product strategy and problem prioritization.About the Team You’ll be joining an established team focused on the backbone of our service: the systems that power automation, data exchange and drive efficiencies in our Operational teams. You’ll play a key role across the system integration lifecycle – from discovery to delivery.
