We're seeking a visionary with experience in project-related financial modeling, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.About You – Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments…Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field7+ years of progressive FP&A experienceExpert financial modelling, planning, and variance analysis skillsIt would be great if you also had…Experience supporting a consulting or project-based revenue organizationMBA or CPAProfessional services, consulting, or project-based businesses experienceDeep understanding of P&L management and revenue recognition based on percent-complete, time and materials and milestone accounting2+ years of people management experienceGlobal, publicly traded organization experienceWhat You Will Be Doing in This Role…Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for the Consulting business within the LS&H segmentDrive month-end and quarter-end reporting including revenue, margin, and expense analysisDevelop and maintain key financial and operational dashboards to monitor business performancePartner with project delivery teams to align revenue forecasts with project milestones and timelinesAnalyze profitability, utilization, and delivery metrics to support operational decision-makingProvide data-driven insights to help business leaders manage risk and drive growthSupport annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes, including consolidation and executive presentationsContribute to strategic initiatives, including pricing analysis, capacity planning, and investment casesManage team of 3 finance professionalsAbout the TeamYou will join a collaborative and high-performing FP&A team supporting the LS&H segment at Clarivate, consisting of professionals across the US, Europe, and India.
