PMO Analyst

Overview:The PMO Analyst serves as a team member in the Integrated Delivery group ensuring consistency, standardization, and efficiencies in the project delivery lifecycle.Acts as a BY Champion focused on driving customer success.Serves BY as a global champion for program/project management best practices within the global delivery organization.Scope:Seeking a professional focused on driving PMO best practices and provides enablement, process, and tool strategies/support to improve customer experience across the delivery lifecycle.What you’ll do:Champion organization deliver excellent initiativesSupport in driving proactive project healthMaintain a knowledge repository, leveraging best practices and methodologies in Knowledge ManagementContribute to the design, improvement, and deployment of project delivery methodologies across the companyWork with global leadership on Project Manager enablement, processes and tools strategies, compliance, planning and executionAssists in developing the culture of project management within the company by promoting project management disciplines and structured thinking in dealings with the business areas, and communicating the PMO's contribution to customers getting improved and faster "time-to-valueCollate project reporting packagesAdminister project audits and ensure accountabilityCommunicate new content to appropriate Project Managers and other stakeholdersFunction as support and advisor on Global PMO initiativesWhat we are looking for:7 to 12 years of experience with minimum post-secondary (higher) education degreePossess knowledge and understanding of global delivery practicesOutstanding business analysis, creative and critical thinking, individual resourcefulness, problem solving, presentation, facilitation, mentoring, coaching and communication skillsAble to manage multiple priorities and working in a matrix organizationFluent in English (writing and speaking)Proficiency in Smartsheet project execution softwareExperience in collating and publishing KPI dataDemonstrates motivation and drive with a hands-on approach in an international and fast paced growth environmentIndependent and able to work with minimal supervisionAble to work in a geographically dispersed team environment requiring tasks to be performed outside of the normal office hours to accommodate global time zonesAbility to positively influence people in such a way that others follow and act willinglyOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
