We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Global Partner Enablement Manager to drive the development and delivery of world-class enablement programs for our partner ecosystem and internal partner-facing teams. This role is critical to ensuring partners and internal stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to accelerate growth, improve performance, and deliver measurable business value.Reporting to the Director of Strategic Partner Enablement, you will play a key role in building and scaling our global enablement function, driving initiatives that support onboarding, continuous learning, go-to-market readiness, and partner engagement.Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement strategic enablement plans for partner role onboarding, education, and continuous learning that align with business objectives and core competency models.• Design and deliver scalable training programs for both internal partner-facing roles and external partners, partnering with the curriculum team and employing a programmatic “train the trainer” model.• Build, manage, and maintain enablement content across platforms such as Highspot, ensuring materials are current, accessible, and aligned with go-to-market priorities.• Own and align internal and external enablement resources, including the Partner Manager Toolkit, playbooks, and Managed Service Provider (MSP) resource documentation.• Lead and execute enablement initiatives, such as product release trainings, quarterly partner webinars, and workshops.• Facilitate internal role-based training, including scheduling, hosting, and tracking engagement and effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as regional and strategic partner managers, product marketing, curriculum, and partner operations for prioritization, subject matter expertise, and to evaluate the effectiveness of enablement programs.• Manage multiple enablement projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and attention to detail through effective use of project management tools and methodologies.Qualifications• 5+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, channel programs, or related fields in a global or enterprise B2B environment.• Proven success in developing and executing enablement strategies and scalable training programs.• Experience managing enablement content platforms (e.g., Highspot) and working with learning or curriculum development teams.• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills; able to engage and influence internal and external audiences.• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze, measure, and communicate program impact.• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced technology companies is a plus.Benefits and Compensation listed vary based on the location of your employment and the nature of your employment with SailPoint.As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-mid-max, USD): $66,600 - $95,100 - $123,600Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee’s home location.Benefits Overview1.
