Sports Marketing is essential for brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.Role overview:This thrilling role presents the chance to define, coordinate, and carry out a major partnership based in the UK with global significance! Your role will involve leading all aspects of the implementation of this vital partnership, ensuring its success through meticulous planning and flawless implementation. You will work with a cross-functional team to align programs with our overall go-to-market and brand goals. The role will own the execution of the plan in partnership with functional teams within the Global Marketing organization (Creative Studio, Brand Strategy, Social, Paid Media, Research, Communications, and more) and across the globe. Additionally, you will direct key agency partners to deliver on strategy and program management. This position is a blend of strategy, day-to-day partner management, understanding consumer insights, and creative planning to drive our brand’s growth objectives. Success in this role is directly tied to the growth in awareness, consideration, relevance for our master brand and core businesses, and product activation/adoption.What you'll Do:Define the marketing strategy, customer journey, marketing mix, investment recommendations, and full-year activation plan to achieve Brand Marketing goals.Drive season planning from strategic business input to a fully mapped-out, cross-functional marketing calendar.Coordinate across all marketing functions and agency partners to ensure seamless, diligent planning and execution of partnership activations.Drive marketing innovation and creativity, fostering collaboration across multiple teams, partners, and peers.Partner with internal collaborators (across marketing, business, and sales organisations) and external agencies to implement brand initiatives.Build strong relationships across the business and be recognized as a trusted advisor and go-to authority.Use data and insights to inform planning, develop a measurement framework, and optimise campaigns for awareness, engagement, product adoption, and business impact.Present plans and outcomes to executives with clarity, confidence, and strategic insight.What you need to succeed:Significant experience of progressive marketing experience with hands-on involvement in sports marketing initiatives.Proven experience managing sports partnerships that span multiple markets and require global coordination.Strong background in fan engagement programs across social, digital, and live experiences.Strategic problem solver with the ability to collaborate with sports leagues and teams to deliver creative marketing campaigns across traditional and emerging media.Passion for sports—especially football—and a deep understanding of the sports marketing landscape.Operational excellence with strong attention to detail, combined with a data-driven approach to planning and performance measurement.Ability to influence teams directly and indirectly, balancing creative inspiration with analytical thinking.Demonstrated success working in a highly matrixed, cross-functional environment.Team-oriented, innovative, and genuine—someone who complements and enhances our culture.Hardworking, customer-centric attitude with a drive to deliver impact.Experience working with or at agencies (sports marketing, advertising, digital, or brand) is a plus.MBA or equivalent experience preferred.As our many awards will tell you, at Adobe you’ll be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized around the world.
