This Senior Product Manager will step in and take ownership of shaping our Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) product roadmap, aligning it with customer demands and internal capabilities. This role will be pivotal in prioritizing product development, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring delivery of features that enable scalable, customer-centric ASR solutions. Responsibilities Define, prioritize, and maintain the ASR product roadmap aligned with strategic company objectives Justify decisions based on data and analytics, driving to improve our KPIs Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, research, design, sales, and marketing to deliver high-impact ASR features and improvements Stay ahead of trends in speech recognition, voice AI, and foundational models (e.g., LLMs) Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functional teams Qualifications 10+ years overall experience, with at least 5 years experience as a software Product Manager  Familiarity with ASR systems, underlying technologies, and integration use cases—deep engineering background not required, but strong comprehension of technical concepts is essential Passion for emerging AI technologies and innovation This role is available remotely throughout Canada. The estimated salary for this position is $152,000 - $164,000 CAD plus equity. In addition to salary and equity, you will receive comprehensive healthcare, paid time off, and other benefits.
