As a senior developer, you will be an integral part of the team tasked with building and improving the critical workflows within the Autodesk Construction Cloud. You will be helping our customers refine and improve how they design and construct large projects using our cloud services. You will be working with an excellent international team of skilled developers and collaborating with all kinds of Autodesk teams around the world. If you want to help change the world, come help our customers Make Anything.ResponsibilitiesWrite clean, reliable and secure code in different languages and technologies (mostly Typescript, JavaScript, React, HTML)Develop and maintain unit tests and E2E tests; strive to automate testing as much as possibleHelp divide large features into clear, manageable tasksAlign activities with stakeholders, influence decisions and help lead projects to completionActively collaborate within and outside of the team, bringing new ideas and challenging the status quoParticipate in code reviews to ensure new code conforms to highest standardsUnderstand, embrace, and promote agile methodologies, principles, and values within the teamMinimum QualificationsBSc in Engineering, Mathematics or Computer Science is a typical qualification but we are open to candidates who took other paths into the world of software engineeringExperience as a software developer using JavaScript, TypeScript and ReactAbility to write clean, readable code in different languagesProficient experience with frontend testing frameworks like Jest, CypressCan understand and explain complex technical systems and processes in simple termsFocused and motivated to drive projects through to completionAn agile mindset with experience using supporting processes like Scrum, Kanban or similarGood communication and people skills - you need to be comfortable communicating with many different people in the business, local and remoteExcellent debugging, testing, and technical problem-solving skills and an aptitude to learn new technologies and methodologiesFamiliarity with source control and continuous integration methodologies and tools (e.g. Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, Git)Preferred QualificationsExperience with Mobx, Redux and Webpack is a plusExperience with Amazon Web Services or other cloud infrastructure technologiesFamiliarity with CI/CD concepts and experience working with a deployment pipeline based on cloud native technologies (Docker)The Ideal CandidateYou are a fast learner and keen to work with latest tools and technologies available.
