Job Requisition ID #25WD89570Marketing Operations Manager – ABM Centre of ExcellencePosition OverviewThe Marketing Operations Manager for the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Centre of Excellence plays a critical role in shaping both the current and future state of ABM at Autodesk. You will ensure that ABM-related workflows and standards are operationally aligned with key business partners, evolving KPIs, and long-term strategies—working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and teams across the company.This role can be hybrid based in Munich or working remotely from other locations in Germany.ResponsibilitiesAct as a self-driven contributor within a lean, high-impact team, helping build and scale the foundation of ABM excellence at AutodeskLead and execute projects that connect marketing workflows with data, systems, and marketing technologyCollaborate on initiatives that optimize ABM workflows and align them with cross-functional teams, especially sales, to drive scalable business impactCollaborate with marketing, sales, and RevOps teams across regions to ensure operational alignmentContribute to the development of reporting frameworks and dashboards, ensuring data quality and actionable insights for performance measurementSupport training and certification plans for all ABM Experts at Autodesk to ensure the organisation meets required skills for today and tomorrowRequired Skills & QualificationsProven experience with Account-Based Marketing (strategy, execution, and measurement) in a B2B environment, preferably within tech or SaaSStrong ability to build trust-based, transparent, and effective relationships with sales stakeholdersExecution-oriented with a strategic mindset; capable of balancing immediate actions with long-term visionExcellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex topics clearlyExperience working with international teams and navigating global marketing operationsProficient in data analysis, campaign performance reporting, and workflow automation using modern Martech toolsPreferred Experience Hands-on experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, or 6senseInsights or experience in using AI in a marketing or ABM context#LI-LH1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
