The Opportunity As a company that is undergoing significant growth, Simpplr is seeking to hire a Senior Project Manager (East Coast-remote) in its Implementation function working with Commercial, basic Enterprise as well as complex Enterprise customers. You will bring experience in both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies, a strong understanding of SaaS platforms and ideally PMI/PMP or Agile certification. You feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, transforming ambiguity into clarity, working to tight deadlines and taking calculated risks. Your Job Responsibilities What you will be doing: Work as a team member with Simpplr Implementation Consultants, Technical Services and Strategy Consultants Work directly with customers and prospects in defining scope of projects Develop project plans for both standard and custom projects Manage the project portfolio assigned to you Manage the project schedule, budget, issues and risks Track project KPI’s and project work effort Report at the project and your portfolio level Manage customer expectations Track and manage project work effort Provide assistance with project plan-related questions for less experienced teammates Your Skillset What makes you a great fit for the team: 5+ years of Project Management experience or comparable work experience Worked in a high-growth startup environment Managed projects under both waterfall and agile methodologies Built a strong track record in successful project delivery Experienced in using SaaS-based project tools (Jira, Zendesk, Teamwork) Developed extensive collaboration and communication skills Delivered complex implementations into SMB and Enterprise business markets Acquired strong resilience and influencing capabilities Know how to have fun Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $113k - $140k. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
