About the Role We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to build and optimize the systems that power our revenue engine. This is a technical role on the GTM team for someone who thrives at the intersection of systems, operations, and growth. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to streamline our go-to-market motion and support our growth. Key Responsibilities Automate GTM workflows using AI tools to scale pipeline generation. Build and maintain integrations across Salesforce, enrichment, routing, and analytics tools. Optimize Salesforce with flows, automations, and reporting to support revenue operations. Create dashboards and run cohort analyses to track funnel performance and insights. Implement AI solutions for lead scoring, routing, and personalized outreach. Own the GTM tech stack—vet tools, maintain documentation, and drive system excellence. Requirements 4+ years of experience in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or a technical GTM role. Strong technical skills—comfortable working with APIs, automation tools, and CRM systems (especially Salesforce). Experience with data analysis (e.g., SQL, dashboards) and experimentation frameworks. You think in systems, love eliminating inefficiencies, and thrive in cross-functional environments. Bonus: experience implementing AI tools to enhance sales and marketing workflows. Job Compensation Range: The salary range for this role is $140,000–$170,000.  EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
