Job Requisition ID #25WD89382Position OverviewAs an Partner Account Manager you will work with dedicated portfolio of partners based in Poland and Baltics, driving their performance and guiding them on transformational their path to Solutions Provider. You will be a liaison between Autodesk and your assigned channel partners, aligning our common strategy and driving revenue growth. Our EMEA channel management team plays a crucial role in the collaboration of all teams with the partners, you will be reporting to the Sr. Manager Gold & Silver Channel Sales EMEA-M.We support hybrid working schedule.ResponsibilitiesBe the guide of your assigned partners on their path to Solution Provider while delivering revenue growth targets, ensure common vision between Autodesk and PartnerBuild impactful relationship, act as the main contact for partner principals, management and respective teamsDrive strategical and annual business planning, identifying areas of investment and supporting its executionDrive quarterly growth initiativesSupport collaboration between partners and Autodesk teamsCapture and report on Partner pipeline and forecastRecap quarterly sales results with partners and help set focus areas and goals for upcoming quartersParticipate in specific projects relating to growth of indirect businessEnsure operational supportMinimum Qualifications 3+ years experience in partner management in IT Software marketUnderstanding of SaaS business model marketExperience building and maintaining relationships with partners and C-levelPolish is preferred language, Business fluency in EnglishExperience negotiating at executive levelExcellent written and verbal communications skillsPreferred QualificationsAny other European Language would be a plusIdeally a previous experience managing partners#LI-FB1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
