Job Requisition ID #25WD89502Position OverviewThe Platform Services and Emerging Technology (PSET) Finance team is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to provide insights and efficiencies to our budget, forecast and close processes.  The ideal candidate should have an eagerness to learn, ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, and excellent analytical skills. This individual contributor role will report to the Senior Manager, PSET Finance.  Autodesk Finance is committed to ongoing skills development, process excellence, and work-life balance for the team.ResponsibilitiesDrive and complete our recurring financial deliverables: budget, forecast and closeAutomate recurring deliverables such as journal entries and SOX compliance evidenceSupport the finance business partner community with their financial management processesProvide financial modeling and analysis support to annual planning processAnalyze, and report spend and headcount trends to ensure forecast accuracyEnsure compliance with US GAAP as defined by our Corporate Accounting teamPrepare periodic reporting and ad-hoc analyses to ensure data driven business decisionsDrive automation, identify opportunities to drive efficient, consistent processes, partnering across functions and leveraging best practicesMinimum QualificationsBA/BS degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics3 years of related finance experience or business analysis backgroundAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including financial modeling) and PowerPointGrowth mindset and ability to learn quicklyStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsOrganized, resourceful and a strong team playerComfortable working in a cross-functional, dynamic environment, managing multiple, sometimes competing, priorities and tight deadlinesPrior experience in a technology/software/SaaS company is a plusExperience using planning and reporting software (e.g. Anaplan, BusinessObjects) is a plusLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
