As we reimagine workflow building for an AI-first world, this role will drive the transformation of Alteryx’s core canvas interfaces. You’ll own a high-impact portfolio focused on enabling analysts to work directly with cloud data platforms like Databricks and BigQuery—through intuitive, performant, and unified workflow experiences. What You’ll Do Own the Product: Define and drive the roadmap for Prep & Blend canvas experiences across cloud and desktop. Lead the Team: Manage 5–7 PMs, providing direction, coaching, and feedback aligned to product outcomes and team growth. Champion User Experience: Partner deeply with UX and Engineering to deliver transformative UI and UX that meets the bar for modern, AI-augmented interfaces. Bridge Strategy and Execution: Translate high-level strategy into clear product goals, measure outcomes, and iterate rapidly. Act as Voice of the Customer: Engage directly with analysts and power users to understand friction and opportunity, and tell their stories with urgency. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Engineering, UX, PMM, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver value across the product lifecycle. What You Bring 8+ years in product management, with 3+ years in people leadership. Experience delivering UX-intensive products with technical depth, ideally in data or analytics platforms. Proven success rethinking legacy interfaces or enabling major transitions (e.g., desktop to browser, or on-prem to cloud). Excellent storytelling and communication skills, both for internal alignment and external engagement. Find yourself checking a lot of these boxes but doubting whether you should apply?
