You’ll work independently with support from senior designers and your team lead to help shape the future of Alteryx UX.What You’ll DoDesign Execution & Process Translate requirements into user-centered design solutionsConfidently present work and iterate on feedbackDocument design decisions and follow team processesExecute with autonomy and increasing consistencyCollaboration & Communication Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholdersLead design discussions and reviewsCommunicate design rationale clearly across functionsCross-Functional Impact Balance user needs with business and technical constraintsProactively address conflicts and propose solutionsBuild trust through clear communication and follow-throughPlanning & Growth Estimate design timelines and manage tasksStay aligned with project milestones and team prioritiesContribute creative ideas and support ongoing learning and innovationWho You Are2–4 years of experience as a product or UX designerProficient with FigmaStrong communicator, open to feedbackOrganized, proactive, and self-motivatedEager to contribute and improve design systems and experiencesBonus Points Experience with enterprise or data-heavy productsFamiliarity with user research and testingComfortable working across teams and toolsCompensationAlteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location. The salary range for this role in California, Colorado, Washington, Texas, and Rhode Island is $121,000 - 139,400.In addition, you may be eligible for other compensation, such as a bonus.
