If you’re eager to build strong, collaborative relationships, help achieve a common goal and make a lasting, daily impact - you’ve found the place to do it.Your Day to Day As a Bilingual (Portuguese and English) Regional HR Business Partner, you will: Manage all administrative tasks needed in the Region -- Responsible for maintaining all HR related processes and documents according to local laws. Including hiring, transfers, disciplinary processes/documents, payroll data and termination paperwork.Creating strong partnerships with the Business --- Partner with local and global business leaders, Functional HRBPs and COE’s as needed, to provide broad analysis of issues and their strategic implications applying both specialized and general expertise.Communicate and drive all HR programs and key processes – A key resource to the employees and leaders, you will be responsible for educating and advising in areas such as compensation, benefits, recruitment, performance management and company policies.Building and maintaining a positive culture -- Identify and surface trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to help improve organizational health on topics such as retention, employee experience, career growth and enhanced communication to the site/Country.What We’re Looking ForAs a Bilingual (Portuguese and English) Regional HR Business Partner,  your background will look like:5+ years of experience in a similar role working for a Globally diverse companyStrong written and verbal communication skills in English and PortugueseDeep Knowledge of Brazil Labor Law (CLT)Experience in Mexico Labor Law is a plusHigh integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretionExcellent planning and organization skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced, time sensitive environmentFamiliarity with WorkdayIntermediate to advanced communication skills in Spanish is a plusWhat We OfferAt GoTo, we believe in supporting our employees with a comprehensive range of benefits designed to fit your life—at work and beyond.
