This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced lab environment, with a passion for complicated systems, precision, and new technologies like liquid cooling.What You’ll Be Doing:Operate and maintain lab infrastructure — including racking, cabling, servers, networking, and cooling systemsPerform physical racking, stacking, cabling, and cooling infrastructure setupInstall and maintain liquid cooling systems for lab equipment, including manifold connections, cold plate maintenance, leak detection, and coolant managementProvide first-line support to internal engineering teams, translating technical requests into executable infrastructure tasksMaintain structured inventory and asset tracking, ensuring efficient lab operations and hardware allocationCollaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, R&D, DevOps) to enable seamless lab support and system deploymentDocument and implement standard operating procedures, safety practices, and hardware lifecycle policiesImplement solutions for automated workflows, equipment monitoring, and lab performance analysisWhat We Need to See:Practical / BSc in Computer Science or Electrical/Electronic Engineer2+ years in infrastructure support, lab operations, or related hardware-based environmentsHands-on experience with liquid cooling technologies — installation, maintenance, and safety handlingProficiency with Linux, bash scripting, and common IT troubleshooting methodsFamiliarity with enterprise servers, networking gear, and servers managementStrong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills with attention to detailProficiency in independent work, prioritizing urgent tasks, and delivering under tight deadlinesExcellent English writing and oral communication skillsWays to Stand Out from the Crowd:Experience with NVIDIA platforms, DOCA, or DPU labsKnowledge of lab automation, DevOps pipelines, or CI/CD integration in test environmentsExperience with liquid-cooled high-density racks or data center thermal optimizationFamiliarity with inventory management systems and hardware documentation toolsNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
