Manager, Solutions Analysis

We are looking for Manager, Solutions Analysis to join our IP data analysis team in Beijing. This role plays a critical role in handling complex data analysis cases, work with other teams in data department to create value for customers by defining and maintaining high-quality data content. The team is reporting to Senior Manager, Software Engineering. We would love to speak with you if you have skills in data analysis and team management.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  Have more than 3 years of team management experience, with the ability to communicate smoothly with colleagues at all levels within the organization, understand the team's goals, and lead the team to complete tasks.Strong written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate proficiently with domestic and international colleagues and drive projects forwardHave an open mindset, quick learning ability, and empathy, with a willingness to continuously learn and grow and take on more responsibilitiesStrong abilities in understanding, analyzing, and breaking down problemsHas a systematic perspective and a global vision, capable of identifying the key causes of problems and proposing universal solutionsHave strong documentation skills, with clear and logical document structuresBe familiar with data formats such as XML, DTD, and JSONBe familiar with using SQL for data querying and analysisProficient in MS Office suite and visualization tools like Power BIIt would be great if you are . . .  Have more than 7 years of working experience and 5 years of team management experience, with experience in developing talentUnderstanding of big data related technologies and programming toolsBe familiar with intellectual property and patent businessBe able to read other language document besides Chinese and EnglishWhat will you be doing in this role? Regularly communicate with other incoPat teams, other product content teams, sales teams, and external data suppliers to establish good cooperative relationships and maintain consistency in prioritiesDefine the roadmap for data optimization, scope of requirements, and priorities. Lead the data analyst team to complete data analysis and requirement definition, and manage the release plan for data requirements, including development, testing, release, verification, and customer notificationTake the lead in building and maintaining the data quality monitoring platform, proactively detect errors in data sources, and provide timely feedback on data sourcesExplore and search new data sources to support the product and content businessManage customer support for data services, lead the analyst team to continuously optimize the customer support process, regularly train the customer service team on content business, promptly answer questions from the customer service team, and improve customer satisfactionLead the analyst team to continuously improve the knowledge base and documentation, optimize data analysis processes, enhance the efficiency and quality of data analysis, and cultivate potential talents to drive the continuous growth of the teamAbout the Team  The Data analysis team is responsible for data analysis in IP function. Work with this team can have a lot of growth. Such as leading core business in an industry-leading company, be able to gain experience, and have sufficient growth opportunities. Frequent collaboration with international teams, enhancing international perspective and English communication skills.
