Alongside Digital Programmes the team are also responsible for Analytical data Gathering and Security ComplianceWith experience of working in a Digital environment, you will be able to demonstrate previous Digital expertise. Highly organised, you have excellent time management and administration skills and thrive working in a fast-paced environment. This team has gone from strength to strength Who you areCompetencies / Skills / Knowledge / ExperienceMUST HAVE Experience: 3+ years in digital advertising at an ad agency, publisher or VendorMUST HAVE Deep knowledge of: Advertising Operations, Programmatic, Advertising Technology, optimisation practices, ad serving technologies and best PracticesMUST HAVE 3+ years experience using Meta Business & Ads Manager , Tik Tok Ads Manager, Google DV360MUST HAVE Experience in brand promotions, digital/social media, entertainment and/or sports marketing working with brandsMUST HAVE Analytical, possesses strong Qualitative skills to drive maximum yield across campaigns and 3rd party inventoryMUST HAVE Strong analytics skills and the ability to visualize and report on campaign performance, analytics and audience metrics and dataPREFERABLE Experience within other social media platforms a plusPREFERABLE: Experience using Google AnalyticsExcellent knowledge of the digital ecosystem and the nuances in programmatic technologiesStrong Understanding of Data tech toolsWorking in a fast-paced International environment a plusBehavioursThe following attributes determine how the role will be carried out and are required to be a successDetail orientated - able to ensure all elements of the campaign are in place from creative to clickthrouh links, to display elements such as headlines etcExcellent team player but also able to work independently - able to contribute and collaborate with team members to enhance campaigns and day to day set ups Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlinesExcellent interpersonal skills as successful candidate will be dealing with many departments within the business - confident with liasing with key stake holders and clients Willingness to go above and beyond the set responsibilitiesA problem solver - – able to troubleshoot campaigns and get them back on track or offer solutions.Excellent time management skillsWhat the role includesDevelop, execute, and manage paid media programmes across multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, DV360, etc.)Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns to hit KPIs goals.Report on campaigns performance, compile PCAs with learning and reccomendationsStay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging capabilities in the digital landscape.Test and develop strategies for new and existing platforms and new types of advertisers.Equal OpportunitiesWe are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion.
