Establish and build application controls and monitoring frameworks for business initiatives and ensure the business unit is alerted in the event of coding, programming, configuration or product issues. Responsible for production and on-call functionality for product features regarding collections, sanctions and Tax BU. Build and support product for collections strategy to reduce losses and generate additional revenue. Perform A/B testing and other experimental models to measure the new business initiatives, drive revenue and increase NPS. Build controls and monitoring dashboards using BI tools to provide visibility to the executive team and alert technical teams of any issue. Perform and responsible for production, operational, product, and technology support for collections, tax, regulatory, and peer payment operations team(s). Test and measure the performance of features and programs post-launch and report back to product and business teams. Maintain close and proactive collaboration with other business functions like customer services, finance, audit, and compliance teams to ensure visibility across functions and that new product features are aligned with business requirements. Analyze current software and database architecture using proficiency in data visualization to translate business requirements into product design specifications. Collate the required information, convert opportunities into technical solutions, synthesize and communicate a compelling argument, and influence partners to act.
