Digital Turbine is seeking a highly motivated Director to lead our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will own the responsibility for tracking and analyzing the P&L for our Ad Tech business in partnership with our business leaders. You will work closely with executive leaders from across the company to drive both business growth and profitability. The job will require an analytical mind, the ability to communicate complex ideas to senior leaders, and the personality to be able to work collaboratively with team members from multiple functions. About the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis: Actively manage the P&L including both revenue and opex for our Ad Tech business Collaborate with the revenue organization leaders (including the Chief Business Officer) to develop new business opportunities, grow revenue, and increase profitability Develop a deep partnership with the leader of the Ad Tech organization -- become their trusted advisor for financial, operational, and organizational topics Be the right hand to the Vice President of Finance for all things Ad Tech related Produce weekly financial outlooks that provide the CEO and his executive leadership team with an accurate view of business performance and highlight keys risks and opportunities Work with the global FP&A team to develop quarterly forecasts and annual plans Support month end close activities including financial reporting, investor relations, and quarterly earnings Design creative strategies for commercial business deals that allow us to differentiate ourselves against market competition and win new customers at profitable returns Produce analyses and presentations to highlight the financial and operational performance of the business Own the tracking and calculation of variable compensation for Ad Tech sales employees Lead and develop your direct team as well as other members of the FP&A team About you as the Director, Financial Planning and Analysis: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business 10 years of experience in finance-based roles with a focus on FP&A 5+ years in a leadership position Prior experience working for a fast-growing technology company (Ad Tech experience provides a large advantage) Attention to detail and accuracy a must The ability to operate independently with limited oversight Excellent analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and business acumen Ability to work under pressure within short time constraints in a constantly changing environment Executive level communication abilities (both written and verbal) Ownership and self-awareness must be part of who you are High EQ, able to partner with every functional leader in the organization About Digital Turbine: Digital Turbine (NASDAQ: APPS) powers superior mobile consumer experiences and results for the world’s leading telcos, advertisers and publishers.
