We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to grow and scale our Customer Success, Finance, Marketing and G&A departments. In this role you will own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategies & partner with company leaders. We are looking for recruiters who are passionate about their craft, have strong business acumen & deliver best in class candidate experience. We're looking for a builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn as our business scales.

Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders across a variety of business organizations (Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, G&A…etc)
Develop and execute recruiting strategies
Concentrate on creating strategic sourcing plans for diverse backgrounds
Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership on a regular cadence
Help initiate and implement creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategies
Work closely with cross-functional teams like Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding and Legal to deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience and to close top talent
Expectations for Success
2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the SaaS space.
Experience filling a variety of roles such as Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, G&A …etc
Track record or aptitude for successfully identifying and qualifying a diverse pool of candidates through LinkedIn, resume reviews, and other creative methods
Strong executive communication skills and the ability to influence and guide senior leaders.
A positive personality and willingness to jump in and help with special projects
Think like an owner. Take ownership and initiative within the tasks that have been assigned to you. Ability to work effectively and independently.
Strong work ethic, high sense of urgency, and ability to deliver results
Compensation
Compensation: Q10,100 monthly base + Q1,500 monthly variable. Please note that this compensation package is fixed and not subject to negotiation.
