Role Overview: We’re looking for a seasoned Tech Lead with deep expertise in C++ and Golang , who is passionate about systems programming and thrives in early-stage, high-ownership environments. You’ll be responsible for leading a small, talented engineering team, helping architect core systems, writing performant code, and shaping the technical direction of the company. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, driving both technical excellence and team growth. Design, implement, and optimize high-performance systems in C++ and Golang Work closely with the founding team to define technical roadmaps and product direction. Write clean, efficient, low-level code that directly interfaces with GPU-based systems. Foster a culture of innovation, technical rigor, and collaboration. Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, with deep proficiency in C++ and Golang 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring technical teams Strong background in  low-level programming , systems engineering, or performance-critical software Demonstrated ability to thrive in  early-stage startups or ambiguous environments Excellent communication and collaboration skills Nice to Have: Experience with GPU architecture, CUDA, OpenMPI, HPC or parallel computing Background in building infrastructure for AI/ML systems Contributions to open-source low-level or performance libraries Enjoy Challenging projects.
