Job Requisition ID #25WD88700Due to the criteria and security levels for Autodesk’s FedRAMP program, the position will require a candidate who holds only US Citizenship (U.S. born or naturalized)Position overviewWe are looking for an experienced Principal ServiceNow Engineer (FedRAMP) with deep expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Asset Management, and custom application development utilizing 3rd party API integrations. Expert knowledge in CMDB, Service Taxonomy and DevOps Integration with ServiceNow.  You’ll play a critical role in developing and enhancing ServiceNow solutions that align with our enterprise service strategy. Experience working in FEDRAMP-compliant environments is a plus.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement solutions in ServiceNow focusing on ITSM, ITOM, and Custom Application modulesCustomize workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, and catalog items to meet business needsWork closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutionsDevelop and support integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID ServersConfigure and maintain Event Management integrations, and CMDBImplement custom modules or enhancements for IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM),Ensure platform scalability, performance, and adherence to security/compliance standards, including FEDRAMP (where applicable)Provide best practices guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developersSupport ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and instance cloningConduct Design / Code reviews and advice on best practice methodologiesProactively identify system deficiencies in the ServiceNow platform and recommend solutions as a trusted advisorExperienced in requirement gathering, eliciting, documenting and drive technical implementation for various business unitsImplement and customize application modules within ServiceNow to meet business requirementsMinimum QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fieldExperience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementationProficiency in ServiceNow scripting and development (JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS)Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, Custom Apps, App engineStrong understanding of ServiceNow integration capabilities (REST, SOAP, MID Server)Ability to design and implement complex workflows and automation processesExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsExperience with Agile development methodologiesExposure to DevOps technologiesLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $141,400 and $228,800. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
