In this role, you will be supporting the operational execution of marketing and sales order fulfillment as well as ensuring ongoing compliance with WEEE and copyright regulations across the European UnionKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate sales order fulfillment and shipments for marketing and sales-driven activities across the EU regionSupport daily operations related to inbound receiving, allocation, delivery tracking, and order status updatesLiaise with internal stakeholders and logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveriesManage administrative tasks related to WEEE compliance and copyright levies, including data tracking, reporting, and vendor coordinationAssist in maintaining documentation required for compliance audits and regulatory reportingContribute to continuous process improvement initiatives across operationsPre-Requisites :Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or compliance (internships included)Familiarity with EU regulatory environments, especially WEEE and copyright levies, is a plusStrong organizational and coordination skillsGood command of English (spoken and written)Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with experience in Power BI and process automation tools considered a plusExperience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)Are you game?
