It’s an exciting time to be part of our team!ResponsibilitiesOrganizational Partnership & ResultsPartner with leaders to establish plans and deliver solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives and drive results. Develop a people strategy that is focused on organizational design, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent, and overall business performance.Play an active role in helping drive business transformationSupport the business strategy identifying, prioritizing, and building organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processesLeadership EffectivenessIn close collaboration with the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will facilitate line-of-sight initiatives to build a high-performing organization aligned with the strategic leadership agendaGuide the people processes (performance, development, and career) to ensure that leaders’ level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standardsProvide thought partnership to leadership in forecasting and planning the talent pipeline in line with the function/business strategyCoach Executives to build upon existing leadership strengths and developing areas of opportunityEmployee ExperienceCreate and lead specific projects defined by the annual People Plan as well as participate in on-going functional and cross-functional initiativesPromote feedback mechanisms and employee surveys to influence the continuous improvement of employee experiences and business outcomesDrive engagement of Autodesk’s Culture Code and adherence to Code of ConductEnsure alignment of total rewards and recognition with performancePBP TeamLead, develop and manage 1 direct report (Sr People Business Partner)Be an active member of the broader PBP community. Participate in cross-functional projects, thought discussions, knowledge sharing, etc.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent12+ years of HR experience Working knowledge of human resource disciplines (ideally including organizational design, organizational effectiveness, succession planning, performance management, culture & belonging, business consulting, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, employee engagement, coaching/development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis to inform strategy, employee relations)Ideally 5+ years’ experience managing a global team in a matrixed environmentSuccess in leading or supporting a global organization with ability to manage performance and develop talent.Proven experience in conflict resolution and management practices within a global organizationProven experience supporting business transformationAble to combine great people intuition, business judgement and discretion in decision-makingExperience providing business partnership and support to senior executivesConsultative approach to strategic partnershipExecutive leadership coaching experienceAbility to take business goals/priorities and translate them into initiativesSuccessful track record of implementing HR processes, employee resourcing performance management and change managementExcellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal), the ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities acting with agilityTeam player with a sense of ownership - self-motivated and able to thrive and collaborate in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environmentKnowledge of HR compliance regulations, employment laws, and industry best practicesCritical Skills:Organizational Development ConsultingSophisticated Diagnostic SkillsStrategic Problem SolvingData Driven Influence & Story TellingBroad Commercial AcumenTransformational Culture LeadershipChange LeadershipPreferred QualificationsPBP experience supporting a Go-To-Market or Marketing organizationRelevant experience in a Tech or SaaS industryWorkday experienceThe Ideal CandidateYou thrive in change: You’re nimble.
