And it means we prioritize a diverse F5 community where each individual can thrive.Position SummaryThe International Tax Senior Manager will be an integral part of the corporate tax team, supporting business expansion, international indirect tax, international tax audits, employee mobility considerations, and other various initiatives.Primary Responsibilities Evaluate and provide recommendations regarding the tax structure of company’s international expansionLead tax planning for international acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations and other tax planning initiativesLead evaluation and implementation of international income tax credits and incentivesManage international income tax audits, including correspondence with tax authoritiesAdvice on tax implications of employee global mobility, including assessment of permanent establishmentOversee international indirect tax planning, compliance, and audits, including implementation of compliance strategies and communication with stakeholdersResearch, advice, and write documentation supporting tax positionsServe as the primary tax contact with international accounting, finance, and other business functions supporting various business initiativesPerforms other related duties as assignedThe Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job.  However, the description may not be all-inclusive, and responsibilities and requirements are subject to change.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStrong communication, organizational, leadership, and analytical skills, including ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and other internal stakeholders across the F5 organizationAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and embrace changeProven international tax expertise relevant to primary responsibilitiesStrong project management skillsData transformation and visualization and AI skills a plusQualifications8+ years of international corporate income tax experienceSecondary university degree in Tax or Law preferredCertified Public Accountant or other tax professional designation preferredExperience working in a large public accounting firm or multi-national corporate tax department#LI-Hybrid   #LI-AC9The Job Description is intended to be a general representation of the responsibilities and requirements of the job.
