In this role you will build agentic systems to enhance Adobe's marketing products, ship AI-driven systems to production, and work closely with business and product teams. Your efforts will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our innovative advancements, improving user experiences and unveiling new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate will focus on:Creating innovative AI agents that enhance and extend our product ecosystem through automation and intelligenceDeveloping sophisticated agent frameworks that seamlessly integrate multiple AI technologies including LLMs and traditional MLBuilding comprehensive testing methodologies to evaluate agent effectiveness, reliability, and alignment with objectivesConnecting existing systems with new agentic frameworksDeveloping efficient prompt engineering strategies for large language model integrationWorking with cross-functional teams and collaborators during development and productization of AI applicationsGuiding junior team members, providing technical direction, and helping others grow their skillsUnderstanding how AI components interact within larger technical ecosystems and business processesRequired QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related technical field with 2-5 years of industry experienceDemonstrated experience with algorithm development and implementationProficiency in machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, Huggingface, and modern programming languagesExperience with agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChainExperience with deep learning techniques and applicationsStrong software engineering fundamentals and system design skillsKnowledge of statistical modeling and data analysis techniquesPreferred QualificationsPh.D. or equivalent experience in Computer Science, AI, or related technical field with 2+ years of industry experienceExperience with large language models and generative AI applicationsFamiliarity with agent architectures, planning systems, or autonomous systemsKnowledge of machine learning operations and deployment strategiesUnderstanding of AI safety and alignment considerationsBackground in large-scale data processing and analysisOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $142,700 -- $257,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
