We are excited to hire an experienced Director, Regional HR Partner in Serbia, One of our Centre of Excellence's. The successful candidate will ensure that HR strategies align with both global HR goals and regional needs. Clarivate is seeking a strategic thinker who understands the local culture and has a thorough understanding of regional labor laws and HR processes. The Director, Regional HR Partner will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, driving initiatives that support the overall business strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about human resources and dedicated to making a meaningful impact within a global organization.About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  10 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or a similar role5 years of experience in a global organization partnering on global HR initiativesUnderstanding of regional / local cultures and how to navigate them effectively in the HR areaBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceIt would be great if you also had . . .  Certification in HR (PHR, SPHR, GPHR, etc)In-depth knowledge of HR processes, practices, and compliance within the regionAbility to collaborate with senior leaders to influence business outcomesStrong ability to identify challenges and create effective solutionsWhat will you be doing in this role? Partner closely and collaborate with the global HR business partners and other HR COE colleagues to deliver results and outcomes.
