The team partners with Workday on Workday (WoW) and Product teams to enhance, test, and uptake Workday functionality.About the RoleWorkday is seeking a Accounts Payable Analyst for invoice processing who wants to make their mark on a growing organization. The candidate should be a self-starter, excellent communicator, and enjoy collaborating with people with a diverse set of talents, in an ambitious fast-paced environment.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Establish strong working relationships with internal partners and with outside suppliersSuccessful completion of team month end responsibilitiesSupport AP projects and team in an accounting and control environmentProvide accounting and control environment support to projects, M&A integrations and teamPerform daily processing of accounts payable transactions to ensure that finances are maintained in an effective, up-to-date and accurate mannerLead team meetingsResolves escalations related to invoice processingResolve purchase order, contract, invoice, and/or payment discrepanciesDocument and maintain Accounts Payable proceduresIncrease job knowledge by participating in various training and educational opportunitiesStrive to accomplish team and organizational goalsAbout YouBasic Qualifications5+ years experience in Accounts Payable.Other QualificationsAccounting, Finance or other business degree preferredShown accounting and controls experienceDemonstrated experience to work well within target timelinesProven experience in identifying and implementing process improvements preferredFamiliarity with conducting business as part of an international company is helpfulStrong digital literacy including ExcelOur Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
