For example: through our platform, women across the U.S. are now receiving comprehensive breast imaging, results, and specialist-driven next steps at their local Primary Care office, condensing a multi-month diagnostic journey into 60 minutes.
With over $160m in funding from Google Ventures and some of the largest clinical networks in the country, we are rapidly expanding this platform across the U.S. - from 16 states and 500,000 patients in 2023, to 20+ states and 1.5m patients in 2024. By 2026, we will be delivering care across 35 states and to more than 5m patients per year.
We’re looking for an exceptional Manager, Medical Practice Operations to become a core member of the rapidly growing Clinical Strategy & Operations team. This role will be critical in building the foundations for scaling Imagen’s medical practice and will be responsible for delivering high-priority daily operations for the medical practice. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously. The Manager, Medical Practice Operations will report to the VP of Medical Services.
Responsibilities:
Own the daily service delivery for all of our customers by ensuring studies are read in a timely and high-quality manner.
Own execution of staffing models and work collaboratively with the business strategy team to ensure proper capacity for forecasted demand.
Develop and refine processes and procedures to better meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the medical practice.
Drive performance management solutions that maximize physician efficiency while maintaining quality.
Work cross-functionally with Customer Success leadership to meet or exceed customer expectations for clinical service delivery.
Own daily monitoring of study volumes and make strategy adjustments to best meet customer contractual turnaround times.
Ensure physician concerns are addressed and resolved in a professional and timely manner and, when appropriate, triaged within the organization.
Effectively communicate trends in physician concerns and help drive solutions to address the concerns.
Drive operational excellence and scalability by researching, piloting, and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) to streamline administrative tasks and support the growth of the medical practice.
Qualifications:
Track record of independently managing a range of work streams or projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
At least 4 years of experience, preferably in operations, management consulting, or healthcare.
Demonstrated ability of improving operational efficiencies.
Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills.
Genuine enthusiasm, curiosity, grit, humility, and ownership in line with Imagen’s mission and vision.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Relevant healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
Imagen Technologies is a remote-first company and this job is conducted remotely.
The base salary for the position is between $110,000 - $140,000, plus equity and benefits. P lease note that the range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
