Our team is focused on building the next generation of Agentic AI solutions, blending intelligent agents with robust data infrastructure and modern cloud technologies.The ideal candidate has extensive experience in backend development using Java, Scala, or Python, a solid understanding of cloud ecosystems (AWS or Azure), and a strong foundation in scalable software architecture. Experience with Agentic AI systems or modern AI/ML pipelines is a strong plus.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end technical delivery of complex software systems — from architecture and design to development, deployment, and supportDesign and implement robust, scalable APIs and backend services for data-intensive applicationsBuild and optimize large-scale distributed data pipelines for real-time and batch processingCollaborate across engineering, product, data science, and DevOps teams to define solutions and drive alignmentApply best practices in software engineering, testing, monitoring, and performance optimizationMentor and guide junior engineers, and contribute to building a high-performance engineering cultureStay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impactBasic Qualifications8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with strong design and coding skillsProven experience with Java and/or Scala, and PythonDeep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), including managed services and infrastructure-as-codeStrong experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservicesHands-on experience with distributed systems, data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Flink, Airflow)Ability to work independently, make architectural decisions, and influence engineering roadmapsExperience leading technical projects and coordinating across multiple teamsPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with agentic AI systems, AI/ML pipeline integration, or intelligent agentsExperience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)Familiarity with modern observability stacks and CI/CD toolingComfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment with strong collaboration practicesWhy Join UsWork on impactful projects at scale with a modern tech stackCollaborative and innovative culture that values engineering excellenceOpportunities to grow as a leader and technologistCompetitive compensation and benefitsOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $133,900 -- $242,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
