You will bring your upbeat personality with good communication, problem solving skills, attention to detail, and real passion for a positive user fulfillment.What you'll Do Effectively communicate with internal customers via email, phone and other electronic methods to ensure high customer satisfaction.Maintain excellent relationships with internal customers.Gain knowledge of our operations and technology tools to investigate issues, find causes, and address customer problems effectively.Triaging Support requests, debugging of L1 and L2 issues and provide workarounds.Create and maintain user guides / tech desk operation procedures / data dictionaries and other documentation.Provide basic training to end usersWhat you need to succeed University degree or equivalent experience with 3-7 years of relevant domain experienceAt least two years of full-time experience in technical support or related fieldDemonstrable experience supporting enterprise software solutions.Preferred prior working experience on technologies like Jira, Power BI, Power Apps and SharePoint.
