Senior Human Resources Business Partner

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide HR support to a Global Engineering organization in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You must be passionate about supporting and crafting strategies to enable NVIDIA to achieve success. You’ll partner with a cross-functional group of subject matter experts to design and execute strategies for how we staff, onboard, develop, motivate, retain and prioritize work. You will need excellent interpersonal skills, project planning, and critical thinking skills. You must have the ability to function in a fast paced and innovative environment, be a self-starter and not be afraid of problem-solving complex issues.As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) supporting the Software Engineering organization you will:Support client groups ranging from 300 to 1000+ employees in multiple offices throughout the globeBuild positive relationships with our Engineering management to assist in the implementation of HR plans and programs aligned with NVIDIA’s overall business goalsPartner and collaborate with all functional HR groupsWhat you’ll be doing:Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing detailed, practical and valuable support, such as:Coach and advise managersLead HR metrics and analytics including trends, tracking business unit specific HR objectives, working with the HR Reporting team as needed on customized requests and automationLead complex employee relation issuesLead and coach leaders through the performance improvement processProvide support on activities such as mobility, hiring, engagement and retentionSupport the rollout of the performance management process, providing insights and analysis of manager decisionsProvide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, relocations, promotions and job re-leveling.Identify and implement development programsAnalyze and present data received as part of the annual employee survey, work with leaders on action planningDebug issues to identify the root causeWhat we need to see:We are looking for experienced Senior HR Business Partners to work closely with highly talented HR professionals to plan and deliver groundbreaking HR support.Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field or business preferred (or equivalent experience)A minimum of 10 years Human Resources client-facing or relevant experienceStrong business insight and understanding of cross-functional workKnowledge and experience in compensation strategies and practicesKnowledge in organization assessment, planning, and development; experience with change management a plusValidated working knowledge in 3 or more of the following areas: immigration, recruiting, learning & development, performance management, compensation, mobilityExperience conducting group facilitation and supporting training program rolloutsAdept in Microsoft Office and Workday /HRIS systems, with advanced knowledge in ExcelStrong analytical skills with emphasis on HR dataExcellent program and project management skillsWays to stand out from the crowd:Ability to develop effective relationships across all levels and with diverse client groupsOutstanding analytical problem-solving skills with passion for data integrity, process definition, and continuous learningCustomer focused, responsive with a high sense of urgencyAbility to lead multiple and sometimes contending prioritiesAbility to take data and translate it into actions/insights for the businessNVIDIA is the world leader in Visual Computing. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
