Ready to be a Titan?We’re looking for a People Business Partner (also known as HRBP) to join our team partnering with a variety of teams here at ServiceTitan. In this role, you’ll partner closely with managers and talent across our Armenia based teams, as we focus on scaling the organization and everything that comes along with that. The People Business Partner team plays a valuable role in supporting the business and the ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels.We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced, evolving environment. This position will play a critical role by serving as a key business partner to work on people-related opportunities and resolve challenges and in paving the way for best-in-class employee experience. While you’re not expected to have all the answers, you are expected to be curious, ask for help, and use excellent judgment.What you'll do:Advise managers and team members on a variety of topics impacting the Titan experience and organizational health, including performance management, people and team dynamics, and employee relations concerns.Execute on day to day activities, with attention to detail, agility and a critical eye in identifying better ways of working.Drive and support in organizational-wide initiatives and projectsCollaborate with COEs and the broader People Ops team  to roll out all key people processes around performance, compensation, DEI, benefits, and learning & development programs.What you'll need:5+ years of HR business experience, ideally with at least 4+ years of experience as a strategic HR business partner in a scaling environment.Well-rounded experience with a variety of HR disciplines such as employee relations, organizational design, performance management, and talent development.Familiarity and knowledge with Armenia Employment LegislationAn ability to coach and influence leaders and employees.A deep level of curiosity and strong attention to detail.Experience operating in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.Experience working in a remote-first environment and supporting distributed teams.Be Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list.
