Enable cross functional teams to understand the dependency on Customer Service support team by educating them about its technology capabilities and best practices. Run the half yearly and quarterly planning i.e., manage capacities, estimations, cutlines, trade-offs for my initiatives from CS Tech with cross functional teams from Core Product and GCX. Also help them solidify Product Roadmap by estimating the features and allocating resources to committed ones. Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors to build best customer and teammate (aka customer service agent) experience using our tools and portals. Oversee the development of feature/product for our business and other cross functional teams based on my technical skills. Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives. Resolve ambiguities and conflicting business and technical requirements through the review and analysis with engineering and business partners. Assign projects/tasks to the team based on their bandwidth, expertise, project timelines, and deliverables. Continual upskilling of technical skills by guiding the team regarding internal Products and applications. Partial telecommuting permitted from a commutable distanceWhat you will bring:Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered, as a Business Systems Analyst, or a related occupation. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
