Work with fellow engineers, architects, managers, as well as QE, Load & Performance, and Operations teams to develop high quality products. Prioritize projects, plan implementations, and triage production issues. Collaborate with engineers, business units, product management, architects, and operations teams to build solutions in the Selling domain. Design, develop, and test major features while working in an Agile Scrum team. Develop innovative solutions that meet market needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, realistic implementation schedules, and alignment to development goals and principles. Participate in all aspects of product development lifecycle including requirement/design reviews as well as code reviews. Create testing harness/infrastructure/test cases/automation geared towards ensuring quality of the product. Estimate engineering effort, plan implementation, and rollout system changes. Lead product initiatives, recommend improvements, and mentor and guide junior team members. Identify project risks and work efficiently to mitigate them. Share release management duties on feature rollouts. Find and help fix stability/scalability issues in a very time critical environment.  Partial telecommuting permitted from within a commutable distance.What you will bring:Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.Special Skill Requirements:1.    Experience designing and developing large-scale software applications using Object-Oriented Design and Java (2 years)2.    Deep understanding of Algorithms & Data structures (2 years)3.    Software design (2 years)4.    OOAD (object-oriented analysis and design), architectural and design patterns (2 years)5.    Large scale application development in Java (1 year)6.    Open source platforms, frameworks, technologies, and software engineering methodologies (2 years)7.    Design and Developed REST services (2 years)8.    Database driven development such as Oracle, SQL, or schema design (1 year)9.    Web technologies and internet protocols (2 years)10.    Source code management such as Git and bug tracking (2 years)11.    Java application debugging and DB performance issues (1 year)Salary: $172,931.00-234,850.00 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
