About The Role EliseAI is looking for an AI Engagement Manager to lead strategic relationships with high-value and complex customers. In this role, you’ll help clients harness AI to drive business transformation — streamlining operations and ultimately increasing portfolio performance. You’ll guide customers through product launches, drive adoption of new AI capabilities, and serve as a long-term strategic partner. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll shape how we deliver AI at scale and define best practices for AI-powered success in property management . We are hiring for this role in NYC, SF, Boston and Chicago.  Key Responsibilities Lead AI Product Onboarding & Activation: Guide clients through implementation, aligning on business goals and ensuring quick time-to-value. Drive Business Transformation with AI: Help customers reimagine workflows and decision-making by embedding AI into their daily operations. Manage Strategic Relationships: Own a portfolio of high-value and complex accounts, identifying opportunities to deepen adoption and deliver measurable ROI. Create Scalable Engagement Playbooks: Design repeatable strategies to support product rollout and long-term success across customer types. Run Strategic Business Reviews: Lead data-driven conversations that tie AI performance to client KPIs and long-term objectives. Act as a Trusted AI Advisor: Support clients through change management, helping teams embrace AI and integrate it into core processes. Translate Insights Across Teams: Provide structured feedback to Product, Engineering, and Operations to continuously improve the platform. Requirements  4+ years of experience in consulting or client strategy within a tech or startup environment Strong executive presence and the ability to advise clients on business transformation initiatives Analytical mindset with a knack for turning insights into strategic recommendations Excited by emerging technology and passionate about the real-world impact of AI Comfortable with ambiguity and eager to build playbooks and processes from scratch Currently manage a book of business of at least $2.5M ARR Must thrive in working in a fast-paced environment Ability to prioritize effectively and get things done  Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week Why Join Growth and impact. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, a comprehensive benefits & perks package, and commission for the TCSM role. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process.
