Machine Learning at Crunchbase
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be at the forefront of driving our technology into the future. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to solve challenging problems and make significant contributions to our product’s advancement. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and optimize our machine learning infrastructure, ensuring it is advanced, scalable, and secure.
What You'll Do:
Machine Learning Development: Design and implement sophisticated machine learning algorithms and models to support the company's objectives in various domains.
Technical Skills: Develop and optimize advanced machine learning algorithms and models, leveraging deep technical expertise to ensure high performance, accuracy, and scalability.
Collaboration: Work closely with other engineering teams, data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of machine learning initiatives with business goals.
Problem-Solving: Tackle challenging technical problems, focusing on innovation and efficiency in solutions.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of model robustness, performance, and security through rigorous testing and code reviews.
Innovation: Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in the machine learning and AI space to incorporate cutting-edge solutions.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the refinement of machine learning development processes, incorporating best practices for scalability and efficiency.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:
4+ years of experience in a machine learning engineering role
In-depth knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Python programming languages.
Proficiency in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for ML deployment.
Experience with big data technologies.
Strong background in developing end-to-end machine learning solutions in a production environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and teams.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven ability to learn on the job and adjust in an ever changing domain
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. You may also be entitled to receive equity and benefits. Salary Range $175,000 - $195,000 USD What Crunchbase Offers:
