About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Associate Creative Director to join Tubi’s Creative Studio team. The right fit for this role will be someone who has 7+ years in the Entertainment industry, concepting and developing a wide range of content advertising materials with a focus on video and motion graphics, for both B2C and B2B workflows. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Sr. Creative Director and Art Director to develop and implement innovative concepts and strategies across a wide range of projects and mediums. You will play a pivotal role in steering the creative vision of our campaigns, ensuring they are engaging, memorable, and effectively communicate our content and brand messages. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring our content meets the highest standards of creativity, accuracy, and effectiveness. This is a hybrid role based in our Los Angeles office.  What You'll Do: Own the creative vision and brief writing for all video and motion projects—content sizzles, town hall sizzles, recurring sales sizzles, product explainers, title campaign videos, social media assets, internal content, and more. Develop concepts and storyboards that align with marketing and sales goals and strategies and push creative boundaries. Collaborate with Sr. Creative Director, Art Director, Project Managers, Editors, Motion Graphics Artists, and project stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution from pre-production through post. Guide tone, pacing, and visual style to ensure consistency across all motion work, while evolving the brand’s motion language. Write or shape scripts and key messaging for video content in partnership with Copywriters  Direct live-action shoots and animation workflows, providing clear direction on performance, visuals, and pacing. Review and critique work to ensure final deliverables meet creative standards, brand guidelines, and strategic objectives. Stay current on trends in motion, video, and storytelling to inspire fresh ideas and innovation. Lead creative development from brief conception, to kickoff, to delivery, managing timelines and creative resources as needed. Evaluate and enhance creative output to uphold high standards and ensure clarity, consistency, and effectiveness across all aspects of the project. Review and refine creative work to maintain high standards and drive clarity, consistency, and effectiveness across all touchpoints. Manage core members of the creative team on specific projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to campaigns. Stay current on trends in motion, video, and storytelling to inspire fresh ideas and innovation. Research and implement emerging technologies and creative tools to continually enhance the quality and innovation of the team’s output. Promote a commitment to organization and clear communication, across all channels and teams, creative excellence, and continuous improvement across the editorial and motion graphics team. Your Background: 7+ years working within a creative team and managing projects independently, whether at an in-house studio or network, brand, or advertising agency Strong focus on video and motion graphics design and animation Proficiency and/or Functioning Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro and After Effects so as to understand file formats and post production workflows) Familiarity with tools like Cinema 4D and Figma Excellent written and verbal communication skills with extensive experience presenting creative work Experience with live-action directing and post-production supervision Ability to manage a high volume and variety of projects concurrently Exceptional knowledge of creative and strategy best practices, and the ability to apply that thinking to your own projects Strong time management and prioritization skills Bachelor’s degree required Passionate fan of Movies & TV, and Social content Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
