We are seeking an Analyst to join our Total Rewards & People Operations team at Omada Health. The successful candidate will be passionate about providing HR-related systems support, ensuring data integrity, and delivering strong data analysis to leverage technology solutions that meet the needs of the People & Culture Team and our employees. This position will be instrumental in implementing new and supporting current HR processes and technology applications for all managers and employees as we expand across the U.S.
This role is critical in providing comprehensive system management and analytical support to enhance operational efficiency and drive data-driven decision-making. Your expertise will be pivotal in maintaining system accuracy, streamlining processes, analyzing complex data sets, and supporting the implementation of strategic improvements across our operations.
About you:
3+ years Human Resources/People Operations Analyst experience required
Proven experience as a Workday administrator with a focus on data integrity, attention to detail, and process optimization
Advanced Excel experience building models to perform analytics, compare data sets, and executing system auditing to ensure data integrity
Experience in analyzing and reporting HR-related data with a strong attention to detail
Ability to flex and quickly adapt to multiple high, and potentially shifting, priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong personal accountability and capacity to collaborate effectively within a developing team structure
Proven ability to work with confidential information while maintaining strict confidentiality
Incredibly organized, and can attend to the details without losing sight of the whole
Comfortable with ambiguity, calm under pressure, and solution-oriented
Your impact:
Lead and ensure data continuity by accurately entering and importing data across all HR systems (Workday, Pave, etc.), identifying automation opportunities
Provide comprehensive reporting and analytic support for all Total Rewards & People Operations programs, including detailed performance and compensation reviews, regular KPI reporting, and the development of people analytics dashboards
Support the analysis of compensation data to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity, including benchmarking and market trend analysis
Assist in job evaluations and salary banding processes to maintain an effective job architecture and compensation framework
Efficiently address and resolve requests from employees, managers, and internal business partners related to HR Operations while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs)
Develop and maintain detailed process maps to ensure clarity and consistency across team processes
Provide insights into existing HR Systems and tools to ensure alignment with business needs, including data accuracy and compliance
Utilize data from engagement and exit surveys to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions
Identify trends through data and propose and implement solutions across Total Rewards & People Operations related matters and processes
Complete regular process documentation that captures all the information necessary to properly execute our business processes and optimization
Bonus Points for:
Proficiency with G Suite, such as Google Sheets, Docs, etc.
Greenhouse recruiting system, or other similar technologies a plus
Comfortable using a Mac
Experience supporting attrition calculations

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:
California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $101,200 - $126,500*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $96,800 - $121,000*. Other states may vary.
This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and stock options.
