Learn more at www.doubleverify.com . What you’ll do As a Technical Account Manager at DV, you will be the primary point of contact for Scibids clients post-sale. You will oversee the execution and performance of both pilot and business-as-usual (BAU) campaigns, ensuring seamless client experience, strong campaign results, and continuous growth through upselling opportunities. You’ll work closely with Sales and Presales teams to deliver a cohesive customer journey and act as the voice of the client within DV. On a day to day basis, your responsibilities will specifically include:    Campaign Management Leveraging Scibids AI technology, manage Pilot campaigns during testing phase & BAU campaigns after client is scaled. Monitor and troubleshoot campaign setup and performance within DSPs and ensure campaigns run effectively and smoothly. Client Communication & Relationship Building Be the main point of contact for assigned clients, providing day-to-day support. Maintain consistent client communication to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns. Provide general education, campaign insights and performance recommendations regularly. Internal Collaboration Collaborating closely with the Pre-Sales team on net new clients to help ensure seamless onboarding and enhancing campaign setups. Working with the Scibids solutions team to get answers, debug issues and solve potential roadblocks. Liaise with internal Scibids and DV stakeholders like Sales and Client Partner teams. Reporting & Analysis Lead performance impact review sessions, campaign wrap-ups & standard reporting, proving the ROI of Scibids & why we are a focal point of their plan. Analyze key performance metrics and provide strategic optimization suggestions and new ideas based on results. Upselling & Growth Strategize & upsell to grow and develop existing client business and win net new business. Contribute to the scaling of successful pilots into BAU engagements and identify opportunities for campaign expansion and recommend new insertion orders. Introduce clients to new Scibids product features and enhancements. Who you are Preferred qualifications:  1 to 3 years in programmatic trading, analytics or customer success/account manager team in the programmatic space Has experience in at least 2 of the following DSP’s DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, Amazon or Yahoo. Meta & Google Ads also beneficial.  Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal/external team members Detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize projects/tasks simultaneously and to completion A can-do attitude to provide energy, drive and enthusiasm Ambition to grow your career as the team scales Advanced mathematics studies or a maths major will be an asset  The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $54,000 - $101,000. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits.
