What you'll do
As part of DV’s Social Strategy & Operations team, you will take part in driving the evolution of DoubleVerify’s social product suite. The Social Technical Specialist will work closely and collaboratively with Sales, Product, Account Management and Fortune 500 companies to deliver world class customer service and social solutions to market. The Social Strategy & Operations team educates clients on how verification across social platforms can contextualize performance and influence their media strategies. Current integrations include Meta, YouTube, TikTok, X, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn & more.
Tactical Support: Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
Answer complex questions on function and usage of social products
Generate and maintain reporting on a recurring cadence
Manage the deployment of and troubleshooting for DV’s Social Pre-Bid solutions
Product Investigations & Process Initiatives: Work alongside product and data teams to support the investigation and resolution of issues
Analyze and rework data sets to streamline troubleshooting efforts
Evaluate opportunities to introduce processes to mitigate future operational challenges
Ongoing Education: Support the growth and expansion of DV’s social product suite
Maintain documentation to provide the organization with clarity on product offerings and advancements
Support the onboarding and ramp up process for all global hires
Curate and run regular training sessions to improve social expertise across DV
Who you are
2+ years of experience in advertising at an agency or partner platform
Strong understanding of the social media landscape
Exceptional command of Microsoft Office and Google Docs software suites
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels, both internally and externally
Extremely detail oriented and comfortable working independently
Proactive in identifying opportunities/potential issues and providing solutions - conceptualize how the small operational facets of the role play into the big picture for the growing social product suite
Strong communication and organizational skills, comfortable working with numerous remote global teams on a daily basis
Ability to handle multiple assignments and ad hoc projects
Extra Bonus
Experience working with 3rd party measurement vendors across social media platforms
Ability to speak and write in multiple languages
Experience working with Salesforce, Jira, and/or Confluence
