This critical role will align closely with sales, product marketing, and content teams to execute regional strategies tailored to market needs, optimize campaigns, and improve conversion rates across the buyer's journey. This role is a unique opportunity to own demand generation for a high-growth, high-priority market.   Key Responsibilities   Strategy & Campaign Development   Develop and execute a demand generation strategy to support revenue and pipeline targets.   Own multi-channel campaigns (SEM, paid social, email, ABM) tailored to the AMER region.   Identify and test new channels and tactics to drive growth and enhance performance.   Sales Alignment & Collaboration   Partner with regional sales and SDR teams to align marketing activities with revenue goals.   Improve lead handoff processes and enhance MQL to Opportunity conversions.   Develop messaging that addresses regional pain points and resonates with local audiences.   Performance Optimization   Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, including HMQLs, pipeline impact, and ROI.   Implement A/B testing and continuous optimization to enhance conversion rates and engagement.   Build dashboards for transparent reporting to key stakeholders.   Project Management   Manage budgets of $1M+ annually, allocating spend effectively across channels.   Collaborate with internal teams to create region-specific content and assets.   Deliver campaigns on time while balancing competing priorities.   Leadership & Growth   Act as a regional thought leader for demand generation.   Lay the foundation for managing a direct report (Demand Generation Specialist) in the future.   Qualifications Experience:   5–10 years in demand generation, with at least 5 years in B2B SaaS.   Proven experience managing $1M+ annual budgets.   Track record of optimizing marketing funnels and driving HMQLs to bookings.   Skills:   Expertise in tools like Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, and campaign tracking dashboards.   Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.   Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional alignment.   Attributes:   Results-oriented with a balance of strategic vision and tactical execution.   Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.   Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.   Why Join Diligent?   Impact: Own and shape demand generation strategy for a key growth market.   Visibility: Collaborate with senior leadership and contribute to the company’s revenue pipeline.   Innovation: Be part of a marketing team using cutting-edge tools like 6Sense and building a CDP.   Growth: Career progression opportunities, including leadership of direct reports.   Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)   HMQL volume and quality.   Conversion rates across the funnel (MQL > Opportunity > Booking).   Pipeline generation and impact on revenue.   Campaign ROI and engagement metrics.   U.S pay range $150,000 - $150,000 USD What Diligent Offers You   Creativity is ingrained in our culture.
