As a Procurement Analyst you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our procurement processes. You will be responsible for leading software and service purchases, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective vendor relationships. Responsibilities: Negotiate and execute vendor contracts, ensuring optimal pricing, terms, and risk mitigation while meeting business needs and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction Manage and optimize procurement processes and tools, including SaaS management, procure-to-pay systems, ERP, and other related platforms. Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to optimize costs, ensure service level compliance, and support business units. Assist internal teams with purchase requisitions, procurement process navigation, RFP/RFQ execution, approvals, and contract documentation. Support budget management across departments, ensuring alignment with company financial objectives. Enforce procurement policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and industry best practices. Monitor supplier performance, ensure contractual obligations are met, and drive vendor performance reviews. Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and strategic sourcing initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of procurement experience, preferably in a software or technology-driven company. Experience leading software/SaaS procurement and managing vendor relationships in the technology space. Strong contract negotiation skills with experience with agreements for software, professional services, and business support functions. Proficiency in procurement systems (ERP, procure-to-pay platforms, SaaS management tools).  Netsuite and Zip experience preferred. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to optimize cost structures. Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, legal, IT, and business stakeholders. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
