Join us in shaping the future of learning and workforce development!   We are looking for a Release Manager / Release Engineer to oversee the release lifecycle , ensuring high-quality, timely software deliveries. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing releases while improving CI/CD pipelines, automation, and collaboration across teams. You will work closely with developers, QA engineers, product managers, and DevOps teams to optimize release processes, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks. Your contributions will drive efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement in software delivery.   Key Skills Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), and build tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps Expertise in agile development methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across stakeholders Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute release activities , ensuring smooth deployments and managing dependencies Oversee hotfix releases for the US and India teams, ensuring timely issue resolution Work with product and QA teams to validate releases , maintaining quality and adherence to delivery standards Redefine and implement quality gates for releases, ensuring they align with organizational objectives Partner with DevOps to enhance CI/CD pipelines , improving deployment reliability and scalability Identify and mitigate risks in the release lifecycle , ensuring minimal disruptions and smooth delivery Act as the primary contact for release-related activities, ensuring clear communication across teams Maintain documentation of release workflows, outcomes, and best practices Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve release efficiency Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field , or equivalent experience Proven experience as a Release Manager, Release Engineer, or DevOps Engineer in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes Proficiency in monitoring and observability tools like Splunk, ELK, and Prometheus Strong organizational skills , with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities Ability to influence without authority and drive improvements in a cross-functional, complex environment Compensation We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
