About the role We are looking for an experienced product manager to help us build the next generation of the Uniswap Protocol. This role requires a deep understanding of Ethereum, smart contracts, and experience with technical products in the crypto space. The ideal candidate will have collaborated closely with Software Engineers and have a proven track record of building in the Ethereum ecosystem. Along with deep technical expertise, excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as you will need to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive results. Uniswap Labs is headquartered in SoHo in New York City and this role is ideally NYC based. Responsibilities Drive strategic product thinking for the Uniswap Protocol, ensuring future iterations continue to drive Uniswap's dominance in the space Lead product development from ideation through launch alongside the Protocols engineering team Develop an extensive knowledge of the users of the Uniswap Protocol, and lead research and data driven opportunities for growth Understand the landscape of the defi space, including the Ethereum roadmap and ecosystem, and how Uniswap fits into it. Spearhead identifying, scoping, and integrating opportunities for Uniswap Work closely with the Uniswap Foundation to identify partnership & collaboration opportunities Influence and drive alignment across a diverse set of stakeholders, including researchers as well as product engineering and platform engineering Act as a product mentor and expert within the company Requirements: 8+ years of product management experience, at least 2+ years working on technical crypto products Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to lead and define product strategy and roadmap Technical expertise and deep familiarity with the Ethereum technical ecosystem, either through experience as a software engineer or demonstrated ability to understand complex systems and drive technical strategy with engineering partners. Experience using Uniswap and other crypto trading products Ability to influence and drive alignment with stakeholders, taking in differing perspectives & translating into action Experience building, executing and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment Experience leveraging data to build products and solve user needs   Minimum full-time salary of $250,000 - $275,000.  Disclosure in accordance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law.  Full Time employees at Uniswap Labs are also eligible for other compensation elements, including equity, tokens, and benefits, dependent on the position type.
