Back to jobs New Associate Recruiter - (Contract) San Francisco, CA Apply     Associate Recruiter - Contract 6 Months We are seeking a motivated Associate Recruiter to support our hiring efforts by sourcing, screening, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring process. This role is ideal for someone with experience in high-volume recruiting who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about learning and growing within the recruiting space. Key Responsibilities: Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. Conduct high-volume screening of candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit. Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs. Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and refine job descriptions. Ensuring a positive candidate experience. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Support the full-cycle recruiting process. Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts. Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field. Experience with sourcing strategies and high-volume candidate screening. Understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and hiring managers. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Additional Job details The pay range for this position is $45/hr - $50/hr per hour.
